                                                         INTRODUCTION 



Narendra Damodardas Modi was born on 17 september 1950 to a Gujarat Hindu family  of grocers in Vadnagar ,Mehsana district ,Bombay state present day (Gujarat)  .His father name is Damodardas mulchand modi and his mother name is Hiraben Modi .
                                     
Damodardas mulchand   Modi has 6 children and Narendra modi has  third among them  .At that time bombay state was split into two states of Gujarat and Maharashtra .That's why Now the birth place of Narendra Modi is Gujarat .Narendra Modi father's had a tea shop .Narendra Modi ji also used to help his father in the tea shop .

                     

                  CHILDHOOD OF NARENDRA MODI JI

                                           
Narendra Modi ji's childhood was spent in poverty .In childhood children  put all their attention in writing ,playing , studies .But if we talk about Narendra Modi ji then Narendra Modi ji has grown up since childhood .


Narendra Modi ji's father tea stall 


 That means He was smart he used to do studies in childhood but He also used to help his father .His (Narendra Modi ) father used to run a tea shop at the railway station. Modi ji used to sell tea in train coaches .

Narendra Modi ji's lived in Kutcha house .Modi ji's teacher said that Modi ji was average in studies .



But Modi ji used to participate a lot in plays and speeches He was also very interested in Sports .He completed  in studies in Vadnagar    .


    Narendra Modi ji got engaged in the age of 13 . He was married to woman named Yasodabhan Chamanlal and He got married at the age of 17 .But after some time Modi ji and his wife (Yasodabhan Chamanlal) separated from each other .and their married life was almost over .

 Since childhood Modi ji was a true patriot .
















                    MODI JI'S LOVE FOR THE COUNTRY 


Since childhood Modi ji loved his country very much .In 1962 when there was  war between China and India was going on ,Modi ji used to take food and tea for the soldiers at the Railway station .And when there was a war between India and Pakistan in 1965 .Then Modi ji showed his loved for the soldiers at that time also and served them a lot .






                   SWAMI ATMASTHANAND MAHARAJ 

 When Narendra Modi ji met Swami Atmasthanand Maharaj ,at that time Swami ji was the president of Ramakrishna Math and He was also the guru of Modi ji .Swami ji advised Modi ji to join Politics and took promise to him that he would join Politics .



                 WHEN MODI JI JOINED RSS (RASHTRIYA SWAYAMSEVAK  SANGH )

In 1971 Modi ji joined RSS (Rashtriya swayamsevak Sangh ).Modi ji get up early in the morning and work hard and work  till late at night .Because of joining RSS, He spends all his time in (RSS) (Rashtriya Swayamsevak  Sangh).




Modi ji gone to different parts of Gujarat and understand the problem of the people closely .Modi ji has played an important role for his party as a worker .
Modi ji has also written a book called Sangharsh ma Gujarat .In this he also discussed about the politics of Gujarat .

When Modi ji was promoter of RSS ,he obtained a P.G Degree in political science from Gujarat University in 1980 .and was appointed to the BJP in view of his excellent work in the RSS .

Keshubhai Patel 

And finally in the Gujarat assembly election in 1995 BJP  formed its government with majority . And Keshubhai Patel became the CM (chief minister ) of Gujarat . And Narendra Modi was called to Delhi and given the responsibility of Union Minister for the organisation in BJP .In 2001 the health of Gujarat Chief Minister Keshubhai Patel was deterorating .And during this time BJP was also losing many seats in the election .

  NARENDRA MODI JI AS A CM (CHIEF MINISTER )OF GUJARAT 

Seeing ill health  of Keshubai Patel ,Shri Narendra Modi ji was appointed as the CM of Gujarat from 7th October 2001.


Modi ji also contested the Rajkot assembly  election in which he defeated Ashwin Mehta of Congress Party  with a majority .while in the Post of Chief Minister , Narendra Modi ji handled his work very well and took Gujarat to a big stage .


Narendra Modi ji tried to provide electricity facility in every village of Gujarat .



Narendra Modi ji also promoted tourism a lot and for the first time in the country all the rivers of the state were linked together .Due to which tried to end the problem of water in the entire state . 

 Asia's largest Solar Park was also constructed in Gujarat , during the tenure of Narendra Modi ji .And because of the efforts of Narendra Modi ji Gujarat became the most popular state of India .


Due to his hardwork and contribution ,the people of Gujarat elected Narendra Modi ji as the chief Minister of Gujarat  four times .

NARENDRA MODI AS A PRIME MINISTER (PM) OF INDIA 


 

Seeing the highest success of Narendra Modi the well known leaders of BJP announced to declare the Narendra Modi as the Prime Minister  Candidate of 2014 . As a candidate of prime minister he  (Modi ji )promoted his party everywhere  through rallies ,and also through social media ,he propagated his party everywhere and made his party win .

Due to  his hard work and strong campaign ,BJP won the majority in 2014 ,and he (Modi Ji) achieved the title of prime minister .

Narendra Modi ji became the 15th prime minister of India in 2014.



            


Narendra Modi ji became the 15th Prime Minister of India in 2014 ,He works for 18 hours and sleeps only for 2 hours .He is a pure vegetarian  . He take full care of his health  and do not forget to do Yoga everyday continously .
