          UNHEARD STORIES OF RATAN JI 

Once upon a time ,Ratan ji was going to Nashik with his team members and suddenly the tire of the car got puntured ,so the car had to be stopped on the way .

After the car  stopped all
members of Ratan ji's  staff came out of the car ,the staff memebers were raoming here and there ,someone is drinking tea on the tea stall
,and some were waiting for the car to be fixed then everyone started looking at each other and started thinking that Where is Ratan ji ?

Ratan ji is not in the toilet ,Ratan ji is also  not sitting in the tea stall then Ratan ji's staff members saw that Ratan ji was helping the artisans in repairing the tires .His team members told that Why are you doing all this work ?This work does not suits you .You are one of the biggest Buisnessmen in India .You are Ratan Tata . Then Ratan ji said I also helped the artisans to fix the tires ,so we will reach the meeting soon .This shows that He does not considered any work small or big ,he considered all work equal .

                                       

                   26/11 MUMBAI ATTACK 

                                                                   

  Such an Incident in Mumbai which alerted not only India but also the  whole world about Terrorism .Mumbai 26/11 attack .The attack took place at the Taj Hotel in Mumbai .It is known to all, that the attack in the Taj Hotel caused all the damaged inside the Taj Hotel as well as the lives of the employees who were working the Taj Hotel .But Ratan Tata ji was so soft hearted and such a pure heart .That  the employees who were working in the Taj Hotel and whose life is no longer there ,he took the full responsibility of those employees who left this world ,he took the responsibility of their children of those employees  on his shoulder .

And Ratan Tata ji also gave compensation up to 50/50 lakhs.Ratan Tata ji took the responsibility of the lives of the children whose parents are no more ,the employees who had died in the Hotel , He also take the responsibility of the marriage of their children whose was working in the Taj hotel .and Rather the Employees who had come only two days ago .Ratan ji also gave money to those Employees family  .Ratan ji not only helped the employees who  were working in the Taj hotel as a worker but he also helped who was working outside the Taj Hotel .

     STORY OF TATA MOTORS WORKERS 

In Tata Motors ,there was a fight between the management and the workers .The workers  demand the management team to give us Bonus .

 We want Bonus and the entire worker staff started protesting against the Management team sitting on the ground .Ratan Tata ji came to know that the workers is protesting .The workers team is protesting because the management team is not giving them Bonus .So Ratan Tata ji asked the management team Why are you not giving them Bonus  ? Then management team said Sir Bonus is not made at all .

Ratan ji told the management team this is the hardearned money of the workers ,earning of Blood and sweat.Then Ratan ji said  you should give money to the workers .Then the Management team said that Sir, we will give bonus to them on your demand but the Bonus is not made at all .

Then Ratan Tata ji also sat on the ground with the workers and start protesting that "We Want Bonus ".

Seeing this tears came in the eyes of the workers .They got very emotional and said we don't want any Bonus .They said Our boss is protesting for us by sitting with us .Nothing can be bigger than this for us we don't want Bonus .
